Due to food safety standards, Layers of Flavor does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any food items once an order has been delivered. This policy is in place because opened or delivered food products cannot be resold, making returns unsanitary and unsafe for other customers.
Non-Delivery Exception: If a package is confirmed as lost or undelivered according to official shipment tracking, Layers of Flavor will issue a full refund for the affected order.
